We operate under a Board of Commissioners, with five members, that architect the policies governing the operations of the Housing Authority.

We also have a Resident Advisory Board that may make suggestions and submit ideas.
We complete due diligence to detect, correct, and investigate errors to prevent or eliminate program abuse in order to uphold program integrity.
We have 303 units that consist of 6 project developments made up of single effciency units, single units, duplexes, triplexes, quads, and apartment buildings.
Income limits apply to our program and are based off of HUD’s published Income Limits Summary for our area.
We do not offer Section 8 at this time.
